There are several ways to your report your claim to us, you may report a claim online, report a claim by phone or report a claim to your independent agent. The choice is yours.

Report a Claim Online

Click here for our Online Claim Report, the fastest and most effective way to report your claim. Our goal is to contact you within one business day of receiving your submission. If you are in need of immediate assistance or any of the circumstances outlined below are applicable, we encourage you to contact our Claim Reporting Service Center. 

Report a Claim by Phone

To report your claim by phone, please call our Claim Reporting Service Center at (800) 666-6460. Representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Important! Claims involving the following circumstances should be reported to our Claim Reporting Service Center for immediate attention:

  • Your home is unlivable.
  • You were involved in an accident involving serious injury.   
  • You are reporting a Worker’s Compensation Claim.
  • You require immediate assistance.

Report a Glass Claim
