Direct Repair Program 

Indiana Farmers Mutual has partnered with businesses in your community to repair your home, business or automobile property damage.  We work directly with body shops and construction contractors to provide our customers with “no hassle” claims service. 

If you participate in the program it is not necessary for you to find your own body shop or contractor, repairs may begin immediately and we guarantee their work!  The claim payment will be made directly to the Direct Repair provider, unless you indicate otherwise.  All of this helps to expedite the claims process.

The Direct Repair Program is optional.  While the Program works well for most of our customers, some customers prefer we work directly with the repair facility or contractor of their choice.  The choice is yours.
