If you participate in the program it is not necessary for you to find your own body shop, repairs may begin immediately and we guarantee their work! The claim payment will be made directly to the Direct Repair Auto Body Shop provider, unless you indicate otherwise. All of this helps to expedite the claims process.

The Direct Repair Program is optional. While the program works well for most of our customers, some customers prefer we work directly with the repair facility of their choice. The choice is yours.

Indiana Farmers Mutual has partnered with Guardian Auto Glass to provide direct service to our policyholders. The Property Emergency Home/Business Repair program is designed to provide you with an emergency repair contractor to immediately mitigate damages to your home or business. These contractors can help to extract water, tarp roofs, and board-up homes or businesses 24/7/365. We will guarantee the emergency repair work performed. Work contracted directly by the customer and contractor beyond the emergency service is not guaranteed by us.
